If you notice your Awabot One robot's wheels shaking or rocking back and forth while stationary, this is normal behavior.
Why it happens
The motor algorithm is designed to prevent the robot from rolling uncontrollably down ramps or slopes. To maintain balance, the system constantly adjusts its position by applying reverse torque. You may notice this movement more frequently in the following conditions:
- On uneven or non-carpeted surfaces.
- When the robot is slightly tipped.
- When the robot is adjusting to its immediate environment.
