If your Awabot Pro robot is equipped with Assisted Driving LiDAR, you may encounter a Range finder missing error. This typically occurs when the LiDAR wiring becomes loose or disconnected.
Troubleshooting the error
- Remove the base lid of the robot.
- Check the USB hub (if equipped) and ensure all connected cables are secure.
- Verify that the cable connected directly to the LiDAR is seated securely.
Note: It may take up to 60 seconds for the Range finder missing error to clear after you reconnect the cables.
