If your Awabot One robot is experiencing movement issues or persistent errors, follow these steps to reset the motor controller board.
Reset process
- Lay the robot gently on its side on a flat surface.
- Locate the reset hole on the bottom of the base. You will see four large holes and one very small hole; the small hole contains the reset button.
- Press the reset button using a paperclip or a similar thin tool.
- Return the robot to an upright, standing position.
- Place the robot back onto the charging dock and wait for the system to reboot.
