If your robot pauses indefinitely at the "Connecting: Checking configuration..." screen, the robot likely has outdated security certificates. On September 30, 2021, a critical security certificate expired. If your robot was not powered on and connected to our infrastructure between September 15 and September 30, 2021, it cannot automatically authenticate with our servers and requires a manual update.
