Removing a user revokes their access to all robots within your organization. This action does not delete the user's account entirely, but it immediately terminates their ability to connect to your robots.
Note: You must have administrator privileges to remove a user.
How to remove a user
- Log into your account to access the My Awabot platform.
- Select the Users tab from the main menu.
- Locate the user by typing their name or email into the Search Users field, or find them in the provided list.
- Click on the user's name to open their profile.
- Click the red Remove from Organization button.
- Select Continue to confirm the action.
Once confirmed, the user will no longer see your organization or its robots in their app.
