If you log in to the Awabot Desktop App and see the message "You have no robots available to you. Please ask an administrator to add you to a group," it means your account does not currently have permission to access any robot.
Troubleshooting steps
Check the following to restore access to your robots:
- Verify your identity: Ensure you are logged in with the exact email address and username associated with your organization.
- Confirm group membership: Contact your organization's Awabot administrator to verify that you have been added to a specific robot group. You cannot see robots until you are assigned to a group.
- Check authentication method: Ensure you are using the correct login method required by your organization, such as Google Login or Single Sign-On (SSO). Using the wrong method may create a duplicate, unauthorized account.
