An organization administrator has full managerial access within an organization.
Note: You must be an administrator to grant these privileges to another user.

- Add and remove robots
- Invite and remove users
- Manage robot and user groups
How to promote a user
- Log into your account to access the My Awabot platform.
- Select the Users tab from the main menu.
- Locate the user by typing their name or email in the Search Users field or scrolling through the Users list.
- Click on the specific user profile.
- Click Edit to open the user settings.
- Select the Allow this user to administer this organization checkbox.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: Changes take effect the next time the promoted user logs into their account.
