To begin using your robot, you must first associate it with your organisation via the My Awabot platform.
Note: You must have administrator privileges to link a robot.
How to link a robot
- Log into your account to access the My Awabot platform.
- Click the Add a robot icon.
- Enter the required information:
- Name: Choose a unique name for your robot.
- Linking code: Enter the 6-digit code displayed on the robot screen.
- Organization: Select your organization from the drop-down menu, or create a new one.
- Click Link your robot to finish.
Configure robot settings
Once linked, you will be redirected to the My Awabot platform. Follow these steps to finalize the setup:
- Select the robot tab to view your devices.
- Click on the specific Robot icon under Robots.
- Select Edit to adjust your preferred robot settings.
Note: You must add your new robot to an existing robot group or create a new one. Users cannot access robots that are not assigned to a group.
