My Awabot - Unlinking a robot

Once unlinked, the robot will no longer be accessible to your users.

Note: You must have organization administrator privileges to unlink a robot.

How to unlink a robot

1. Log into your account to access the My Awabot platform.
2. Select Robots from the main menu.
3. Select the specific robot you want to remove under the Robots list.
4. Click Edit.
5. Select Unlink this robot... in the lower-left corner.
6. Click Yes, unlink this robot to confirm.
7. Select Continue to finalize the process.

Next steps

The robot will display a new 6-digit linking code within 60 seconds. You can use this new code to link the robot to a different organization.
