You can delete unnecessary robot groups to streamline your organization.
Note: You must be an administrator to perform this action.
Important considerations
- Access removal: Deleting a group immediately revokes access for all users assigned to that group.
- Robot management: Any robots remaining in the group will be moved to the general Robots list under the Robots tab.
- User permissions: Each robot must belong to a Robot Group for users to access it. Ensure you reassign robots to a new group if continued access is required.
How to delete a robot group
- Log into your account to access the My Awabot platform.
- Select Robots from the main menu.
- Locate and select the robot group you wish to remove from the robot group list.
- Select the Settings tab from the section menu.
- Click the red Delete this group button in the top-right corner.
- Click Continue to confirm the deletion.
Note: We recommend moving robots and users to an alternative group before deletion to avoid service interruptions.
