My Awabot - Delete robot group

You can delete unnecessary robot groups to streamline your organization. 

Note: You must be an administrator to perform this action.

Important considerations

• Access removal: Deleting a group immediately revokes access for all users assigned to that group.
• Robot management: Any robots remaining in the group will be moved to the general Robots list under the Robots tab.
• User permissions: Each robot must belong to a Robot Group for users to access it. Ensure you reassign robots to a new group if continued access is required.

How to delete a robot group

1. Log into your account to access the My Awabot platform.
2. Select Robots from the main menu.
3. Locate and select the robot group you wish to remove from the robot group list.
4. Select the Settings tab from the section menu.
5. Click the red Delete this group button in the top-right corner.
6. Click Continue to confirm the deletion.

Note: We recommend moving robots and users to an alternative group before deletion to avoid service interruptions.
