A Linking code is a unique identifier used to associate a robot with your organization. This code is only required for initial setup; you do not need a linking code to start a standard call session.
When linking codes appear
The robot automatically displays a linking code in the following scenarios:
- After the initial network configuration.
- When the robot has been unlinked from a previous organization.
Once you successfully link the robot to your organization, the code will disappear from the screen.
Note: If your robot does not display a linking code, it is already linked to an organization.
