The SD card contains the proprietary software for your robot. A spare is provided inside the head hatch for emergencies.
Note: Only exchange the SD card if instructed by Awabot Support.
SD swap procedure
- Disconnect the robot from the dock and power off the unit.
- Remove the head hatch, and press and pull out the existing SD card.
- Retrieve the spare SD card from the inside of the hatch and insert it into the slot.
- Power on the robot and connect to WiFi.
- Provide the new pairing key to your support representative.
