When connecting to a network, the robot follows a "clock" checklist. If the process hangs at a specific position, use the guide below.
- 3 O'Clock - Starting: The robot cannot get an IP address. Check your WiFi password or ensure the robot isn't blacklisted on the wireless controller.
- 6 O'Clock - Connecting: Misconfiguration detected. Ensure software is up to date or perform a Factory Restore to clear old settings.
- 9 O'Clock - Verifying: Firewall issue. Ensure UDP Ports 6868-6871 are open.
- 12 O'Clock - Communicating: The process is complete. Remove the keyboard to allow the application to launch.
