To ensure a high-quality experience, your network must meet the following minimum specifications.
Bandwidth & traffic
- Speed: Recommended 3 Mbps upload/download speed per robot. Minimum 1 Mbps per active robot.
- Protocol: IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n (5 GHz strongly recommended).
Security & IP
- DHCP: Must be enabled. Static IPs are not supported as they prevent roaming.
- Encryption: WPA/WPA2 Personal and some Enterprise versions are supported.
Ports configuration
- Robot ports: Open outgoing UDP traffic on ports 6868 thru 6871.
- App ports: The Awabot App requires opening TCP ports 443 and 5222.
