Software and connectivity requirements
To pilot your robot, you must use the Awabot App.
- Operating system: Windows 7 (or higher) or OS X 10.9 (or higher).
- Internet: An active internet connection is required. A wired connection for the piloting computer is strongly recommended for optimal performance.
- WiFi: 5GHz WiFi networks are recommended for the robot.
Safety and charging
- Park Assist: Use the Park Assist feature for effortless charging.
- Stability: The robot features a suspension-equipped rolling chassis and is rated for ADA-compliant ramps.
- Navigation: Continuously operating forward- and downward-facing cameras promote awareness of your surroundings.
- Optional LIDAR: You may add LIDAR to automatically adjust speed according to your surroundings.
Support and warranty
- Warranty: Your purchase includes a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Subscription: An annual service and support subscription is required for use.
