If you forget your password, you can reset it to regain access to your account.
Password requirements
Your new password must meet the following security criteria:
- At least 8 characters long
- Contains at least 3 of the following:
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters (.,!-)
How to reset your password
- Go to the My Awabot platform login page.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Click Send reset email.
- Check your inbox for a reset link.
- Enter your new password as prompted.
- Click Update password.
Notes:
- This password reset feature is not available for accounts using third-party authentication, such as Google or SAML SSO. If you use these services, please manage your password through your identity provider.
- If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact your administrator to verify your account details.
