Every robot is tagged with unique 9-digit serial number to identify its specific components. Use the guide below to locate the serial numbers for your robot.
Awabot One head serial number
The location depends on the generation of your robot:
- Awabot One: Look under the head of the robot near the USB ports.
- Awabot Zero: Located on the bottom of the robot's base.
Notes:
- For Awabot Zero robots, you will likely find two serial tags on the bottom of the base. To view the bottom of a robot, power down the robot and gently lay it on its side while supporting the head. Please provide both serial tags found in this location.
