Robots uses a custom codec that is currently incompatible with SIP or H.323 clients.
Why integration is unavailable
Our proprietary codec is designed to optimize the unique video and audio requirements of the robot experience. Because standard SIP and H.323 protocols use different compression methods, direct integration between these systems and robot is not supported at this time.
Note: You cannot dial into a session using third-party video conferencing hardware or software that relies on SIP or H.323 standards.
