Locate your robot serial number

You may need to provide your 9-digit serial number when contacting support. Use the methods below to find this information on your robot or within your account. 

Find the physical tag

The serial number is located on a physical tag attached to the robot. The location varies by model:

• Awabot One
• Awabot Pro

Find the dashboard tag

If you have administrator access, you can find the serial number remotely through your account.

1. Log into your account to access the My Awabot platform.
2. Select Robots from the main menu.
3. Locate your robot in the Robots section.
4. Click the robot card to view system details.
5. Click the Advanced button under the robot name.
6. Find the serial number listed under the System section.
