By default, robot is configured to recognize only 5.0 GHz networks. If only a 2.4 GHz network is available, you must manually enable this frequency band.
How to enable 2.4 GHz
- Guide the robot off the charging dock.
- Access robot settings using a USB keyboard.
- Select Options. If setting up a new unit, press CTRL+Shift+D on the Language screen.
- Select Network options.
- Change Frequency bands to use to Both 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz.
- Press Esc to return to the WiFi setup menu. Select your preferred 2.4 GHz network from the list.
